Every tree is dug, secured, and shipped by freight, then delivered ready to plant. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 5 days and we'll make it right.
If it dies, we replace it
If your tree doesn't survive its first year despite proper care, tell us within 30 days of noticing the decline and we'll ship a free replacement.

Coverage applies to trees grown within their recommended USDA zones, which our zone tool makes easy.
The fine print
The guarantee covers one free replacement per item if the tree fails within 12 months of delivery. Claims must be reported within 30 days of noticing the problem (a photo may be requested). It excludes damage from neglect, extreme weather events, animals, or planting outside the recommended hardiness zone. Replacement shipping may apply.
