Shipping & Returns

Shipping is a flat $19.95, and free on every order over $99.

Most orders ship within 1-5 business days. You can also choose a later delivery date at checkout to match your planting window.

Each plant is hand-packed in a custom box with the root ball secured. In cold months we add insulation and heat packs to protect tender plants in transit.

We ship to the lower 48 states. Some plants (like citrus) can't ship to certain states due to agricultural rules - this is always noted on the product page.

Email us a photo within 5 days of delivery and we'll replace it under our Alive & Thrive Guarantee.
